Blackberry Fool

Recipe by Alan Hill – Chef Patron – The Devonshire Arms, Beeley

This is an easy autumn recipe. After a day of blackberry picking, the first thing you want to do is make something with your hoard, but the last is to stand over a hot stove for hours. This recipe is perfect because it takes a matter of minutes and tastes fantastic!

Method

Mix all ingredients together, breaking up the berries and swirling the colour through the yoghurt and sugar.

Chill until required, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 125 g Greek yoghurt
  • 30 g Icing sugar
  • 200 g Blackberries
